            The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page two, section twenty-seven, line seven, following the word “dangers”, by changing the period to a comma and inserting the following language: “except when such dangerous condition constituted a violation of an applicable statute or ordinance intended for the protection of public safety and such violation was a direct and proximate cause of such injured person’s injuries.”
